Buying from Godalmingcycles.com couldn't be easier. Simply browse our product sections, click the 'Add to Basket' button on any item that you wish to purchase to place it into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please note: All prices on the site include 17.5% VAT and FREE UK DELIVERY
All transactions are completed in Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK you can only place an order using a credit card. Simply place the order as above and your credit card company will convert the transaction automatically to your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and American Express credit/debit cards. Your credit/debit card payment will only be made upon dispatch of the goods. If any products are out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery date.

Delivery Times
We are a mail order business who aim to dispatch your order within 7 days, however some items can take longer and you will be advised of any lead times upon ordering.
Receiving Your Goods
Under no circumstances are goods to be signed for in the event that either the box or goods within are damaged, please check before signing for delivery.
Back Orders
If any Godalmingcycles.com products that you order are out of stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT Charges
All prices on the site include 17.5% VAT. Orders outside the UK and the EU will receive a 17.5% discount from the price indicated. Please contact our Customer Services department to place your order and receive your discount.

All Godalmingcycles.com products should reach you in perfect condition. In the event of you receiving damaged products please contact our Customer Services department immediately. We will replace your damaged goods at no extra cost to you, but would ask you to return your damaged products to us. Returns Policy
Once 'unwanted' goods are received, the consumer has a 7 working day cancellation period. The consumers’ right to reject starts from the day the contract is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. The right given to the consumer by the Distance Selling Regulation is a cancellation right ie a right to cancel the contract. Whether the consumer has returned the goods or not, a full refund including the initial shipping charges will be made within 30 days of cancellation. We request that the goods are returned at consumer's cost, and if they are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the costs from the refund. The goods must be unused and in original condition/packaging and with your Godalmingcycles.com receipt, and must be received back within 14 days from the date of cancellation. For your protection, please obtain a receipt and proof of posting from your Post Office. This does not affect your statutory rights.
